Located in the heart of the magnificent Côtes-d'Armor countryside, Laure and David welcome you to the Manoir du Bourg, 10 minutes by car from the city of art and history of Dinan. The property has been located in the center of the picturesque village of Saint Hélen for over five hundred years. Capturing your heart as soon as you arrive at the gates, you will immediately feel immersed in authentic Breton life, and surrounded by tranquility, nature and undeniable history. The property comprises 3 gites, each beautifully renovated with today's modern luxuries, whilst retaining its original French charm.
Another of the estate's main features is its enclosed swimming pool area with the magnificent stained glass windows of the choir of St Helen's Church as a backdrop. Around the swimming pool is a large modern sunny terrace with a superb covered courtyard, housing a brand new SPA! At night, the entire area is lit up, creating a magical ambiance for relaxing under the stars.

One of the 3 gîtes, called "LE MANOIR", is the largest on the estate: it can accommodate 12 people on 3 levels and offers 5 bedrooms (new for 2024!):
on the 1st floor:
. 1 suite with double bed (160) with private bathroom (shower) and WC (possibility of adding a BB bed)
. 1 suite with 2 single beds that can be joined together into a very large bed (180) with private bathroom (shower) and WC,
. 1 large family suite, with 1 double bed (160) + 1 single bed (90) + 1 BB bed, with private bathroom (shower) and WC
on the 2nd floor:
. 1 large 'family' bedroom with 3 single beds (90), including 2 which can be combined into a very large bed (180), possibility of adding a BB bed
. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90)
. 1 very large bathroom, with bathtub, shower and WC.
Fully equipped and self-contained with a very large, fully equipped kitchen and a very large living room which has kept its huge open stone fireplace, it is the ideal gîte for organizing family events and other friendly meetings with friends.

Please note: in May and June, the manor can also be rented if necessary in its "small version", that is to say for 7 beds (the 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor), the 2nd floor not being then accessible => we then call it “LE PETIT MANOIR”. See corresponding sheet and do not hesitate to contact the owner for further information.

To finish convincing you, Laure is also a chef at home. You can therefore also order her catering services if you feel like it, and let her concoct a gourmet meal that will showcase the magnificent local Breton products!

Possibility of privatizing the entire estate (the 3 gîtes at the same time), for holding all your group events up to 22 beds (minimum 4 day reservation in May/June, minimum 1 week in July/August).
