Located in the heart of the magnificent Côtes-d'Armor countryside, Laure and David welcome you to the Manoir du Bourg, 10 minutes by car from the city of art and history of Dinan. The property has been located in the center of the picturesque village of Saint Hélen for over five hundred years. Capturing your heart as soon as you arrive at the gates, you will immediately feel immersed in authentic Breton life, and surrounded by tranquility, nature and undeniable history. The property comprises 3 gites, each beautifully renovated with today's modern luxuries, whilst retaining its original French charm.
Another of the main features of the estate is its fenced swimming pool area with the magnificent stained glass windows of the choir of the Church of Saint-Hélen as a backdrop. Around the swimming pool is a large modern sun terrace with a superb covered courtyard. At night, the whole area is illuminated, creating a magical ambience for relaxing under the stars.

One of the 3 gîtes, called "LE PIGEONNIER", the most recently renovated, is located in the continuity of what was once the real dovecote of the estate: it can accommodate 4 people in 2 bedrooms (1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms. Completely independent with its fully equipped kitchen, as well as a large living room with its majestic stone fireplace, its integrated wood stove, and even an opening onto the old bread oven. The 2 bedrooms are on the 1st floor.

To finish convincing you, Laure is also a chef at home. You can therefore also order her catering services if you feel like it, and let her concoct a gourmet meal that will showcase the magnificent local Breton products!
Possibility of privatization of the entire domain (the 3 lodgings at the same time), for the holding of all your group events up to 22 beds (resa 3 days minimum in May/June/Sept/Oct, 1 week in July/August ).
