Welcome to Gites de la Marette! Ideally located in a hamlet outside Caulnes, La Marette, in the Côtes d'Armor, is at the crossroads of Moncontour, Dinan, Rennes and Brocéliande, 35 minutes from the first beaches, including one authorized for dogs.
Surrounded by fields and woods, La Marette has a magnificent wooded park of more than 7000 m2, classified as biodiversity protection, a calm and quiet place.
The “Le Charme” gîte offers a bohemian atmosphere. On the ground floor, a living room and a dining room/kitchen. Upstairs, a large double bedroom, queen size bed, with a bathroom open to the bedroom, a blackout curtain offers more privacy if desired.
An extra bed is available as an option for the youngest and the sofa in the living room offers comfortable sleeping space for one person.
Outside, you have a private fenced space.
The “Charme” and “Chêne” gîtes can communicate in order to bring together 6 to 8 people from the same group of family or friends.
A fast charging station for electric vehicles is 2 minutes from the gîte.
La Marette loves nature, but also animals, so we give you the opportunity to come with your four-legged companions.
