Welcome to Gites de la Marette! Ideally located in a hamlet outside Caulnes, La Marette, in the Côtes d'Armor, is at the crossroads of Moncontour, Dinan, Rennes and Brocéliande, 35 minutes from the first beaches, including one authorized for dogs.
Surrounded by fields and woods, La Marette has a magnificent wooded park of more than 7000 m2, classified as biodiversity protection, a calm and quiet place.
The “Le Chêne” gîte offers an industrial atmosphere. It has one bedroom with a king size double bed or two single beds and one bedroom with two single beds. The living room has two sofas, one of which is convertible.
Outside, you have a private fenced space.
The “Charme” and “Chêne” gîtes can communicate in order to bring together 6 to 8 people from the same group of family or friends.
A fast charging station for electric vehicles is 2 minutes from the gîte.
La Marette loves nature, but also animals, so we give you the opportunity to come with your four-legged companions.
