Organic, Breton and committed micro-brewery
After a world tour, the renovation of their house and three children, Cyrielle and Romain wanted a new joint project. 5 years ago, Cyrielle offered Romain an internship as an amateur brewer in a Nantes brewery for his birthday. This was the revelation for Romain!
We then started brewing our own beer for personal consumption, then bought small tanks to brew in our garage for our family and friends. Our beer was liked and we fell in love with this profession of brewer, so we both operated a professional retraining to ride the wild foam.
To complete the field experience, Romain followed a professional training at the IFBM (French Brewery and Malting Institute) and completed internships with other brewers.
LIVE A UNIQUE EXPERIENCE
During a workshop, become an amateur brewer. Romain and Cyrielle will explain all the stages of making a beer to you, but it will be up to you to make your own artisanal brew from among the 4 recipes offered. Malting, crushing, mashing, hopping and fermentation... after more than 4 hours of workshop, brewing will have no more secrets for you! Between all these stages, we will offer you a visit to the brewery, a tasting of our beers and an introduction to beerology.
This moment of conviviality will also be accompanied by the tasting of sweet or savory local products depending on the time of the workshop.
After 3 weeks of fermentation, you will come back to bottle the forty 33cl bottles of your organic beer production. You will enjoy offering or tasting yourself the bottles labeled with your name. As a couple, with friends, colleagues or family, come and live a unique experience.
Price of a workshop (for two people): 170€
The price mentioned is for one brewing station. One job = two people. So you can come and make your beer in pairs at no extra cost.
From February, we will welcome you on Thursday and Friday evenings in our shop.
