600 m from the beach, in the heart of a remarkable natural area, our house in local pink sandstone, completely renovated, offers a superb view of a wooded valley of one hectare and run by springs. For a quiet stay in lush greenery that invites relaxation, discovery and rest.
Our house is also located at the foot of the cycle route and greenways No. 4 of Brittany (Tour de Manche).
The splendid sandy beach of Anse du Croc, lined with dunes is only 600 m away, you can admire one of the most beautiful views of Cap Fréhel, its lighthouse and its Vauban tower.
Ideally located between Cap Fréhel and Cap d'Erquy (labeled Grand Site de France), the so-called Douaniers trail unfolds through magnificent landscapes.
The guest rooms of La Fontaine de Resnel have the advantage of being exterior and independent access, bright and comfortable. All four have a large double bed. (2x160), as well as their bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. One is on the ground floor and another has a double bed (200x2x90). Delicious moments of breakfast will be shared in the dining room. Baby equipment available on request. Wifi internet access.
A one-hectare park surrounds you offering outdoor dining areas with barbecue, wooden terrace with table and garden furniture and, of course, a dedicated parking space.
A nice plus! A chalet with an equipped kitchen (sink, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer) is at your disposal.
