About us
An exceptional place for a holiday stay, the Château des Tertres, built at the very beginning of the XNUMXth century on a promontory overlooking the sea, by a painter of German origin whose legend is part of the country's heritage, is surrounded by a park of approximately one hectare with century-old trees.
If its tower gives it a classic appearance from the outside, the interior designed by Jean Michel Charuet, architect and his wife Jeanne to be a family home, is contemporary.
A large, bright living room with its white brick fireplace, a dining room and a kitchen designed for gourmets with its barbecue fireplace, open onto a large red cedar terrace, facing south. The house has four double bedrooms, a child's bedroom and an office. Two bathrooms, one of which is private, equip the first floor. A very spacious bathroom, on the second floor, completes a suite with breathtaking views consisting of a living room from which you access the bedroom located on a mezzanine at the top of the tower.
The property is completed by a loft – the Annex – designed to accommodate 4 people, which can be rented by the week.
Near Cap Fréhel, whose pink sandstone cliffs covered with heather and gorse border the Emerald Coast in the north of Brittany, the Château des Tertres is located in the commune of Plévenon, just above the beach " The strikes from below.”
