About us

Our cannery has been in Languédias for 5 years.
We produce jars of spreads, sauces, soups, jams, pastries in jars…

For the record, we are Italian and we have been based in Brittany since 2015.
We are committed to sharing and transmitting the taste of good products with spicy flavors.

In our laboratory, which has always been certified organic, we offer preparations made exclusively by hand with seasonal products. Our recipes are without additives, without colorings and without preservatives… with DIFFERENT tastes!

Our products are 100% organic and vegan.
We offer a custom processing service for market gardeners who wish to diversify their offer and highlight their surplus production with personalized recipes such as soups, sauces, jams, compotes, ratatouilles, spreads... to be offered in their farm shop. , AMAP baskets, markets throughout the year!

In 2024, we arrive with our ice cream caravan and small kitchen: DY AN
We will be present at the following markets and events:
- April 24: festive market at the Crehen farm
- April 27-28: spring colors in Bourbansais
- May 8: abundance market in Evran
- May 9-10: the City of Bague Saint Coulomb

This training, combining theory and practice, places learners at the heart of the profession.
