The villa “les roses” is an old stone house located a 5-minute walk from the Château-musée de Dinan and its historic city center, in a dead end in a quiet area. Facing south, the house has an enclosed landscaped garden at the rear.
The reception area on the R-CH consists of a tastefully decorated living room opening onto an equipped kitchen overlooking the garden, a dining room where music and reading mingle, a TV lounge, toilets.
The upper floor consists of two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet. A large double bedroom serving as an office, with 140 cm bed, wardrobe and wardrobe. A smaller room with a 140 cm bed.
