Modern studio-loft in an old building. It is very spacious and offers a large living room with a lounge area (sofa bed), a kitchen and a mezzanine (140cm bed). There is also a common garden with another gîte, facing west and with magnificent sunsets.
The studio is adjoining a second gite, with a capacity of 5 people.
The geographical situation is very interesting. The studio is located near the GR 34 path, the sea (beautiful beaches 2km away), shops 800m away, Dinard 6 km away (heated seawater swimming pool), Saint-Malo 15 km away, from Dinan at 15 km, from Mont Saint-Michel at 60 km.
