Located in the heart of the magnificent Côtes-d'Armor countryside, Laure and David welcome you to the Manoir du Bourg, 10 minutes by car from the city of art and history of Dinan. The property has stood in the center of the picturesque village of Saint Helen for over five hundred years. Capturing your heart as soon as you arrive at the gates, you will immediately feel immersed in authentic Breton life, surrounded by tranquillity, nature and undeniable history. The property comprises 3 gites, each beautifully renovated with today's modern luxuries, whilst retaining its original French charm.
Another of the domain's main features is its swimming pool area, fenced, with the magnificent stained glass windows of the choir of the Church of Saint-Hélen in the background. Around the swimming pool is a large modern sun terrace with a superb covered courtyard. At night, the whole area is illuminated, creating a magical ambience for relaxing under the stars.

One of the 3 gîtes, called "LE MANOIR", is the largest on the estate: from the beginning of May to the end of August, it can accommodate 12 people in 5 bedrooms. (see "Le Manoir" gîte sheet for a complete description. Fully equipped and self-contained with a very large, fully equipped kitchen and a very large living room with its huge fireplace, it is the ideal gîte for organizing family events and other festive meetings with friends. In May/June, the accommodation capacity of the gîte can, if necessary, be reduced to 7 beds spread over the 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor and 3 bathrooms (the 2nd floor is then not accessible) In this case it is called "The LITTLE mansion...

To finish convincing you, Laure is also a chef at home. You can therefore also order her catering services if you feel like it, and let her concoct a gourmet meal that will showcase the magnificent local Breton products!

Possibility of privatization of the entire domain (the 3 lodgings at the same time), for the holding of all your group events up to 22 beds (resa 4 days minimum in May/June/Sept/Oct, 1 week in July/August ).
