Fabienne offers care in plantar reflexology, facial reflexology, reiki or Swedish massages in a calm and elegant environment in Saint-Cast-Le Guildo.

Certified in plantar reflexology since 2009 (E. Ingham method) and 2014 (Chinese method) then in facial reflexology in 2021, she will be at your disposal to help your body regain its balance, relieve its tensions and dysfunctions.

Reiki is an energy healing method that comes from Japan. It speeds up the healing process, boosts vitality and releases energy blockages.

The Swedish massage is a body massage with oil which aims to deeply relax the muscles with gentle and firm gestures at the same time (reserved for women).
