About us

  • Sale at the property

The name “crackers” is attributed to the Dutch word crakelinc, which means dry biscuit, crunchy to the bite.
It is a traditional product of the Rance valley. The family business was created here in 1929.

These very light rolls, in the shape of a shell, are part of the great family of scalded pasta.
The cracker is rich in protein, without added salt or fat and is perfectly suited to the dietary needs of many people.

First crunchy, then immediately melting, it has an inimitable taste.
The cracker can be eaten sweet or savory, hot or cold.

Sale at the workshop or in all food outlets in the region.
