About us
In our creperie, the Sarrazin and wheat flours, which come from the Moulin de Quimcampoix, in Ille et Vilaine, are 100% organic.
All our toppings are homemade and made from fresh produce.
Most of the fruits and vegetables come from our vegetable garden and orchard in the summer.
The chef also selected several local producers for some other vegetables, meats, fish, cheeses, according to taste and production qualities...
Our cuisine therefore respects the seasons, the local terroir and the chef’s inspirations!
The 100% Breizh creperie is open in the evening every weekend as well as Monday and Tuesday evenings. Booking is recommended.
