About us
You want to preserve your "well-being": the aquatic health walk at sea offers group sessions all year round on the large beach of Saint-Cast-Le Guildo and Pen Guen.
The sessions (1 hour) are supervised by Catherine Bossuyt, patented d'Etat.
The activity of aquatic health walk allows the awareness that the body and the spirit work in osmosis: if one is damaged, the other reacts, and vice versa.
Schedule from Monday September 4, 2023 to spring 2024.
Monday: 14 p.m. to 15 p.m. Pen Guen beach
Wednesday: 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. Pen Guen beach
Friday: 14 p.m. to 15 p.m. large beach of St Cast

Possibility to rent equipment by reservation, the day before the sessions proposed above.
