Dinan opens on the Emerald Coast between Dinard and Saint-Malo, Dinan is still today entirely surrounded by its ramparts, the largest and oldest in Brittany.

Step back in time from the port to the medieval citadel
Follow in the footsteps of the Breton merchants who came to trade in Dinan at the end of the Middle Ages. The port, river, sea and land crossroads, is the cradle of the thousand-year-old city. Then climb the famous rue du Jerzual and then enter inside the ramparts to admire the granite or timber-framed buildings that line the streets and squares.
