Personalized paid parking lots are offered to you in the historic center. But for greater ease of access, reach the city center of Dinan on foot by parking in the various relay car parks (geolocation of parking lots HERE), located between 10 and 15 minutes walk from the historic center. Some car parks are also served by free Dinamo shuttles (dinan city bus service).
