You will stay in one of the oldest fisherman's house in Saint Jacut, completely renovated in 2021. It is ideal for a couple or a couple with children.

This accommodation is located in the center of Saint-Jacut in a quiet pedestrian street and is close to all amenities. The supermarket, restaurants and bakery are within a radius of 50m.
The house is located in front of the bakery and 2' walk from the beach of la banche. You can do all your shopping on foot! A small private terrace facing south will allow you to take your meals outside.

You access the duplex by a very old stone staircase, on the right you will have the small private terrace and on the left, the entrance door to the accommodation. This includes a first room of 25 m2 comprising a living room with a sofa bed (140/190), a kitchen area with a sink, a stove, a refrigerator and a microwave.

Upstairs is an attic space of approximately 25m2 on the ground including the bedroom (140/190 bed) open to the bathroom and the toilet.

Please note: The space is not partitioned between the floors and with the bathroom and does not have any doors, including the toilets.
