Welcome to the Gîte de la Vallée du Launay!
In a character house facing south, with covered terrace and enclosed independent garden, 3 km from the shops, 5 minutes from the medieval town of Dinan and 19 km from the beach.

On the ground floor: you will have a fitted kitchen area, living room and lounge. You have two seats on the ground floor, in the living room, with a comfortable convertible sofa
On the 1st floor: 2 independent bedrooms specially prepared for you with 2 twin beds of 80 in 160 each with an adjoining shower room and private independent WC.
You will have all the necessary equipment: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, combi-freezer, television. Outside, enjoy the garden furniture and the barbecue.
Private parking within the property, traditional and electric bicycles are available for hire, as well as a canoe on site.
