Spacious and pretty family house, completely renovated, 2 km from one of the beautiful beaches of Saint-Cast Le Guildo. You can even stay there with your favorite little animal!
Your vacation rental arranged on 2 levels includes:
- On the ground floor: Large living room of 52 m² including a fireplace (wood provided) and a beautiful, well-equipped kitchen, 1 separate toilet (hand basin) and a bathroom (Italian shower).
- Upstairs: Large landing with office space serving 4 bedrooms. 1 bedroom (1 160x200 bed), 1 bedroom (1 140x190 bed and 2 80x190 pull-out beds), 1 bedroom (1 140x190 bed) and a final small attic bedroom (1 140x190 bed). Bathroom (bath and toilet).
- Outside: Terrace of 30 m² and private enclosed land of 1000 m² spread over the front and back of the house. Parking for 3 vehicles at the entrance to the property. Adjoining a small second home occupied very occasionally.
