In the heart of the port of Dinan and a few meters from the rue du Jerzual, Céline and Edouard welcome you to the holiday residence Au Fil de l'Eau, overlooking the Rance and made up of three gites.
The Le Jerzual gite is a new luxury apartment of 60m² on the ground floor in the attic with exposed beams and high ceilings, located on the second floor. Ideal to accommodate up to 5 people there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds. The living room is also equipped with a convertible and comfortable sofa bed.
The equipment is adapted to guarantee you a comfortable stay. You also benefit from direct access and a landscaped garden. The port of Dinan is dynamic and it offers possibilities to discover river rancidity, by bike and on the water. It is also a central location to discover the Rance Valley, Cap Fréhel and the Emerald Coast and the Bay of Mont Saint-Michel.
