About us
Between Cap Fréhel and Cap d'Erquy, on the large beach of Sables-d'Or-les Pins, the nautical center of Fréhel offers a wide range of nautical activities:
- sliding, with the catamaran, windsurfing, wing foil...
- the trip, by kayak or paddle, for the discovery of exceptional natural environments such as the lagoon of Sables-d'Or and the lagoon of the Saint-Michel island
- sand yachting, an exhilarating activity on the sand!
Labeled "French sailing school" and "Nautical spot", the center is open all year round.
The activities are divided into:
- courses: sailors, catamaran, windsurfing...
- rental (and private lessons): paddle, giant paddle, kayak, windsurfing, dinghy, catamaran,
- discovery outings: sailing, kayaking, paddle,
Schoolchildren and groups are also welcomed from March to October by catamaran, paddle, kayak.
The year-round club operates on Wednesdays and Saturdays for sailors, competition activity in Optimists, leisure dinghies and catamarans and sand yachts.
New: sand yachting, wind and wing foil, swimming pool and beach club.
