About us
Our Coetquën cottage can comfortably accommodate 6 people in vacation rental. This traditional granite house has received all the equipment to make you feel at home. It is made up of two bedrooms (1 double and 1 with 1 double bed and 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, a dining room with a modern fitted kitchen and a TV lounge.
A terrace with garden furniture and barbecue allows you to enjoy sunny days. Another gîte located on the estate can accommodate 10 people. If each cottage has its own privacy, it is possible to rent both bringing the capacity to 16 people. The gîtes are then fitted out accordingly with additional furniture to allow meals for 16 people.
The guests of the two gîtes can enjoy the entire 6 ha estate. They will find a heated swimming pool, covered or not depending on the weather, accessible from April to November, a large covered play area (trampoline, table tennis, table football, badminton, etc.), they can pet our animals (donkey , pony, goats, sheep, hens...) or take advantage of the products of the vegetable garden and the orchard, observe the birds on the pond or in the wood,... Nature bathing guaranteed.
The estate is located in Quévert, 3 km from the gates of Dinan. Ideally located to radiate from Cap Fréhel to Mont Saint Michel, via Saint Malo and the beautiful beaches of Côtes D'Armor. The cottage is rented for a minimum of 7 days during school holidays. Outside school periods, 3 nights minimum during the week or 2-day weekend formula. The proposed rates are all inclusive (supply of household linen, charges, tourist taxes and cleaning).
