800m from the beach, along the GR34 and 2 minutes by car from the Saint-Cast golf course, enjoy an independent house not overlooked for 8 people, in a quiet countryside setting.
On the ground floor, you will have a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, a large living room/dining room with bay windows, a south-facing veranda furnished and extended outside by a large terrace. There is also a WC, a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom (140 bed).
Upstairs, three bedrooms (2 140 cm beds and one 160 cm bed), a bathroom with spa bath/shower and a toilet. The staircase is safe for children.
In the basement, a laundry room and a games room are fitted out with a billiards table, a darts game and a ping-pong table.
Outside, there is a large enclosed garden with portico, barbecue, garden furniture and deckchairs.
