Reception & customer relations
The tourist office welcomes visitors in the tourist information offices and remotely. It includes 7 permanent reception offices, a back office and 2 seasonal reception points, meeting the demanding criteria of the Qualité Tourisme brand.
The back office was created to respond to all remote requests: telephone, email and online chat. Today there is a single contact number which allows the Office to centralize requests, to provide information on the entire tourist offer of the destination and to guarantee quality permanence 6 days a week all year round and 7 days a week in the summer season.

This division is also developing a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy to collect contacts, send them information at the right times during their stay and build loyalty.
