With no less than 26 fine sandy beaches, there is something for everyone. But according to your desires, find our small selection of beaches that amaze us.
Want to see a beautiful sunset? Then favor the west-facing beaches and on the number of beaches of Dinan-Cap Fréhel, you will inevitably find what you are looking for. Whether you are near Sables D'Or les Pins with the Minieu Strike, or near Pléhérel-Plage with theAnse du Croc or even near Saint-Cast-Le Guildo with the Pissotte beaches, of the 4 Vaulx, la Fresnaye and the pit, you will find THE beach! But Saint-Jacut-de-la-Mer is not left out. It is called the peninsula with 11 beaches and you will find some of them facing West like the Vauvert beach, that Ruet or even Haas… Be that as it may, don't leave without your camera in order to capture the magic moment! Also don't forget the cooler with the aperitif* to savor the moment even more.
Want to relax and quiet, prefer small coves or beaches well hidden and which are desired. Because indeed, a short walk is sometimes necessary. And for once, we let you discover them for yourself. We are not going to reveal all our secret boots to you!!
Some of our beaches are also more suitable for shore fishing: Fosse beach in Frehel, 4 Vaulx beach in Saint-Cast-Le Guildo, or the Rougeret beach in Saint-Jacut-de-la-Mer which, when the tide is out and the coefficient is very high, allows you to go to the Ebihens Archipelago on foot. With your landing net and your bucket, let's go for the adventure! But be careful when returning to dry land, don't get surrounded by water when the sea rises!
If you want to rest on your towel while your children play and enjoy a large stretch of fine sand or children's clubs, head to the Grande Plage of Saint-Cast-Le Guildo, ideally located along the Promenade de la Mer.
The beaches are also ideal spots for a successful picnic. Even if it is possible to do it on all, some beaches make the moment even more magical, such as the Ebihens beach in Saint-Jacut-de-la-Mer, accessible only on foot at low tide, otherwise by boat.
And when it comes to swimming, you can go there with your eyes closed. It's just a bit striking! A little advice from local experts, wait for the rising tide, the sand will have had time to heat up in the sun and the water will seem less cold to you!
[In short] you will never get tired of these magnificent beaches and landscapes available to you, whether you have your swimsuit, your landing net or your camera!
