This accompanied nautical trip (qualified guide) on a paddle to discover the Saint-Michel lagoon is organized by the Fréhel Nautical Center.
It takes place from the beach of Les Sables-d'Or.
Between the Sables-d'Or beach and the Saint Michel island, the receding sea reveals a veritable emerald lagoon. It is then possible to glide over clear and shallow water, to discover the riches of the marine environment.
The paddle is a machine perfectly suited to the discovery of natural environments: silent and discreet, it allows you to approach the shore and slip into a trickle of water and have a low impact on the environment.
