Departing from the town of Plévenon, this long hike joins the coast, which you follow to go around this "peninsula with two points". The cape, advancing into the sea, draws a natural border in the landscape between the bay of Saint-Brieuc to the west, and the approaches to Saint-Malo to the east, and is fringed with foam and spray in all seasons. In summer, the flowery moor softens these seascapes where the cries of seabirds resound... Along the way, the discovery of La Fauconnière (ornithological reserve), the visit of the lighthouse as well as Fort La Latte will enrich the knowledge of this environment. nature steeped in history.

A natural area labeled "Grand Site de France", Cap Fréhel has been the subject of a rehabilitation and preservation program for several years. Visits are also scheduled according to the season: the lighthouse, Fort La Latte, as well as visits accompanied by the Grand Site Cap d'Erquy Cap Fréhel.
