Departing from the town of Plévenon, this long hike joins the coast, which you follow to go around this "peninsula with two points". The cape, advancing into the sea, draws a natural border in the landscape between the bay of Saint-Brieuc to the west, and the approaches to Saint-Malo to the east, and is fringed with foam and spray in all seasons. A natural area labeled "Grand Site de France", Cap Fréhel has been the subject of a rehabilitation and preservation program for several years. Visits are also scheduled according to the season: the lighthouse, Fort La Latte, as well as visits accompanied by the Grand Site Cap d'Erquy Cap Fréhel.
