This cycle route (also practicable on foot and on horseback) connects by the towpath then the old tram line the shopping and flowery city of Plancoët to the peninsula of St-Jacut-de-la-Mer and its eleven beaches . The distance and travel times indicated are for one way; the return is possible by the same path by following the same signs (stylized green cyclist on white panel).

Departure from the quays of Plancoët, left bank. Follow the Arguenon to the road bridge at Saint-Lormel (D 19), then follow the Arguenon on the right side. After the alley of Kilmore Quai, reach the town of Créhen by the rue de la cour. Then join the Allée O' Murphy then the Allée d'Irlande, until you cross the secondary road 786 (be careful when crossing it). A few hundred meters remain to be covered towards Saint-Jacut-de-la-Mer, the Château du Guildo and the peninsula.

During the walk, you will discover remarkable heritage sites of the Arguenon valley and halfway, you will come across the Vélomaritime (V4)
