Winter and its storms
Storm warning for Brittany? We meet on the coastline, from the cliffs or the beaches and we admire the spectacle of a raging sea! In winter, it's true, sometimes (often) it rains, it's windy... And precisely! What a pleasure ! Armed with a very warm raincoat, we enjoy the show in peace! Almost alone on the hiking trails, the wind "caresses" our skin and we simply admire the landscape!
But after the effort, the comfort: we snuggle up by the fire in a good creperie, we savor a hot chocolate in a tea room or we taste good seafood in a cozy restaurant. We warm up our hearts and bodies around gourmet specialties made in Brittany!
Spring and nature waking up
For nature lovers, spring is the ideal time! The edges of Rance let discover a remarkable fauna and flora. The Cap Fréhel moor begins to take on yellow and purple colors. And it is only from April to June that you can observe certain migratory birds! In April, nesting is normally over and the young come out of their nest! So we take out the binoculars and contemplate the ball of the birds.
Summer, in sandals, fan toes
In summer, we vibrate to the sounds of entertainment, fest-noz, sandcastle competitions. We take advantage of longer days to share a “sea view” glass with friends or a seafood platter with family. The greediest will hesitate for several minutes in front of the ice cream shop because they won't know which flavor to choose: they make us all want to! And above all, in summer, we fill up with vitamin D
Autumn and its warm colors
In autumn, we experience the Breton Indian summer. Calm has returned. The edges of Rance and Arguenon as well as the forests are tinted in yellow, orange, red. Autumn is coming little by little but it's always good to stroll: by boat on the canal, by bike on the Voie Verte or on foot on the coastal path.
