Recipe for haddock tartare with cranberries and mango vinegar
Ingredients
For 4 people- 240 g haddock from Smokehouse of Saint-Cast
- 4 teaspoons mango vinegar
- 4 teaspoons apple cider vinegar Beau Soleil Farm
- 8 teaspoons of olive oil
- 4 teaspoons chopped cranberries
- 1 shallot
- chives
- cashew nuts
Preparation steps
1. Cut the haddock into very small cubes.
2. Chop the cranberries, then the cashews
3. Chop the shallot and chives
4. In a salad bowl, mix the haddock, chopped cranberries and cashew nuts, chopped shallot and chives.
5. Add cider vinegar, mango vinegar and olive oil.
6. Mix everything well with a dash of love
7. And keep cool for 2 hours before serving.
