the crunchiness of the gavottes®

As an aperitif or as a snack,es Gavottes® know how to talk to us! Great lovers or just initiated, the crepe lace made in Brittany has only one mission: to make you fall for it. Rather salty or sweet? With the Gavottes®, it's à la carte and according to your desires:

For a little savory pleasure: crepes stuffed with goat cheese and poppy seeds

For maximum freshness: Gavottes® with pineapple and passion fruit

For a gourmet craving: those coated with milk chocolate

Visit the site of the biscuit factory to stock up on recipe ideas using Gavottes®! On the menu: cookies, key lime pie, crumbles or millefeuille! All you have to do is let yourself be inspired.

2.

La Fréheloise: white, blonde or amber

One sip and it's a sure hit! Brewed in Fréhel by Youenn and Sylvie Pibot, the Freheloise is a 100% local beer with an inimitable taste. Dukez Gwenn (white), Dukez Melen (blonde) or Dukez Ruz (amber): there is something for everyone.

The filling of hops is also done at the Dinan brewery, In the Landes farm, Carabo brewery or Emerald Brewery in Dinard. For each beer, its local producers in Brittany!

3.

the iodized taste of seafood

The treasures of the Breton coast are also found on the plate! And at Matignon, it’s when you want, where you want! The fish shop the sea mill, offers an oyster vending machine in Brittany. No doubt: freshness is guaranteed! A revolution that will save many meals. Psst, there’s even sushi on Friday!

Impossible to talk about our favorites without mentioning one of our local producers in Brittany: Roy's company. Here, you will find oysters from the Bay of Arguenon throughout the year, as well as bouchot mussels in season! We know you'll want more.

We end in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, at the home of an artisan passionate about gastronomy who has created his artisanal smoking workshop. His secret? Let time act! Salting, drying, smoking and refining are all steps that give seafood products a perfectly smoky flavor. Scallops, haddock, mackerel or salmon, which one will you fall for?

Among our shellfish / mussel growers in Brittany, you will also find:

4.

the generosity of the pancakes

Among the flagship products of Brittany, galettes undoubtedly take the lead in the ranking! Bretons or travelers passing through, they make everyone agree. As long as you accompany them with a bowl of raw cider of course! Complete, vegetarian or revisited, the galette is always a success.

And for a perfect recipe, you can count on the Little Emerald Farm in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo. This certified organic farm holds the secret of a good buckwheat galette. All you have to do is garnish it with your favorite ingredients: voila!

5.

the sparkling local cider

Who says pancake, says bowl of cider! And we can say that in Dinan-Cap Fréhel, cider houses are not missing! Tasting, visit of the production and expert advice from the producers... In any case, you will leave with a cider made in Brittany!

And good news, our producers are also thinking of children with an apple juice to consume without moderation!

Do honor to Brittany by also placing on the table the famous water of the Bretons: thePlancoet water. Mineral or sparkling, tell us about it!

the sweetness of a piece of chocolate

In the heart of Dinan, the master chocolatier of Maison BazilleMaison Bazille – Master chocolatier puts the sweetness in the spotlight! Macaroons, frozen desserts and various chocolates… Difficult to resist! Special mention for Pavés de Dinan, the specialty and 100% original creation of the house. Imagine a chocolate praline with almonds and hazelnuts and crispy feuilletine, all representing the pavements of Dinan illuminated by the sun.

Do you still have some space? Head to the Breton chocolatier shop John Dubois ! Here, we love chocolate in all its forms and exceptional products. Marshmallow teddy bear, bars, boxes, treats... To each their own little sweet pleasure!

the power of a whiskey

There are two ways to drink Breton whisky: as an aperitif or as a digestive! Whether you are one of those who enjoy their drink before a meal or after dessert, whiskey naguelann will not leave anyone indifferent. With an exceptional collection, this artisanal distillery offers cuvées throughout the year, under the impetus of the founder, Lénaïck Lemaitre.

In Lannion, the Warenghem distillery is the oldest whiskey distillery in France!
