Like a penguin in 10°C water
When the frost arrives, we have only one desire: to hibernate and curl up by the fireside. However, walking in sea water all year round has unsuspected virtues. Come on, let's jump into his wetsuit and his neoprene slippers, and we sneak into the colony of the "Pingouins Castins"!

Putting a toe in a 10° sea?
No way ! And yet...
And yet, it only takes one adapted equipment so as not to feel the bite of the cold. Catherine, chief penguin and coach of this funny procession, ready insulating suit, hood, booties and gloves for "baptisms" of walking in the water. While trying to forget that we look like a frogman who has lost his flippers, we advance cautiously towards the ocean.
After the first contact with cold water, you find yourself letting the water penetrate the suit slowly as you move towards the horizon. In fact, it's not that terrible! For an hour, immersed in water up to the chest, Catherine dictates the right gestures for safe practice, and sets the pace while proposing a series of movements. No need to know how to swim!
According to fans of these invigorating aquatic hikes,
once you start, you quickly become addicted
But above all: we are much more resistant to small winter viruses! We return to dry land for a comforting and energetic snack. After such a session, well-being and inner peace have driven away the worries that have gone into muted mode!
It's good for morale !
