Races :
- The trail of the two caps – 33km, leaving the town of Plévenon at 14:00 p.m. to arrive at the sports village on the edge of the central beach in Erquy is a line course running along the sea between Cap Fréhel and Cap d'Erquy which will make you discover pink sandstone cliffs, sandy and pebble beaches, expanses of moorland, etc.
- The Cap d'Erquy trail – 15 km, is a loop route starting from the sports village at 14:00 p.m. and returning there. After a first part along the beaches of Center and Caroual, it takes the Caroual viaduct, then bypasses the town center via bucolic paths in the pine woods to reach the seaside and skirt the Cap d'Erquy in the footsteps of the final of the 33km race.
- The Corniche race – 7km is also a loop course (departure from the sports village at 14:15 p.m.). It takes the customs officers' path, runs along a few beaches then plunges into the undergrowth to return through the town.
Hikes (all the routes offered are loops):
- Leisure Nordic walks: two routes of 16 and 27 km are offered on Saturday morning. They take the coastal paths and country paths around Cap d'Erquy, up to Les Sables d'Or for the longest.
- Hiking: several circuits are offered departing from Erquy (Sunday morning), Les Sables d'Or (Saturday afternoon) or Plévenon (Saturday morning). The distances range from 6 to 15 km and everyone can find the circuit adapted to their practice and their physical condition.
- Kayaking at sea: the discovery of Cap d'Erquy by sea is at the heart of this outing offered and supervised by the Erquy Nautical Center on Sunday morning.
- Cycle tourism hike: the Amicale Cyclo Rhœginéenne organizes and supervises the three outings that are offered. Routes of 60, 80 or 100 km which are another way to discover the Grand Site – Cap d'Erquy – Cap Fréhel and its hinterland.
Registrations will be open on the last Sunday of January.
