10:30 am : Visit a shellfish farm. With photographs, your guide will explain you the oysters and mussels culture in the Arguenon Bay. After a presentation of the company and the machines, enjoy delightful local oysters (1h).
12:00 : Lunch in a restaurant located in the centre of the seaside resort, Saint-Cast-le Guildo, facing the sea.
Menu suggestion : sweet spices salmon tartar and citrus fruits vinaigrette, sea crisp, gourmet plate, one glass of wine and coffee.
02:00 pm : Guided tour of Saint-Cast-le Guildo, seaside resort. Discover the villas and buildings typical of the seaside resorts from the beginning of the XXth century and imagine the atmosphere of the „Belle Epoque“ (1h30).
04:00 pm : Gourmet break at the salon de thé « A la Belle Meunière ». Right in the seaside resort, enjoy the local specialities of this pastry which is well known in the region (menu : a half castin + a half Kouign Amann + one hot or cold beverage).
